What this is

FlowerShopAtlas is a free directory of flower shops in the United States, organised by state and city. Every listing has an address; most have a phone number, and where a business publishes its hours or services we show those too. Listings come from open data and from the businesses themselves, who can correct their card at any time — about the directory. Nothing on the lists is paid placement.

Pick a state above, or use the “near me” button to jump to the flower shops closest to you. City pages show the full list with a map; state pages collect smaller towns that have a single shop.

Popular cities

Ordering from a real florist? Look for a street address of a shop you could walk into, a phone number with a local area code, and the shop’s own name on the website — not just “flowers in [city]”. Order-gathering sites show a generic brand and pass your order to a florist they pick for you, often after adding a fee.

Common questions

How do I order directly from a local florist?

Call the shop or use the order form on its own website, and give the delivery address, the date, a card message and a budget. Calling lets you ask what is fresh that day and what a florist can substitute. You pay the florist directly, with no middle company adding a fee.

Until what time can I order same-day flower delivery?

It varies by shop, but many florists want the order by late morning or early afternoon, often somewhere between 11 am and 2 pm in the recipient’s time zone. Holidays, rural addresses and far delivery zones usually mean an earlier cutoff, so call and ask before you count on it.

What is a wire service, and why does it cost more?

A wire service is a network that takes an order in one place and relays it to a member florist near the recipient. The network and the sending shop each keep a share, so less of what you pay goes into the flowers. Ordering from the local florist yourself skips that relay.

Where and when should funeral flowers be delivered?

Usually to the funeral home or the place of service, a few hours before the visitation or service, or to the family’s home if you prefer. Call the funeral home first to confirm the address, times and any rules on flowers, and put the family’s name and your own on the card.
